Despair Rising In Gen X-ers


Generation X-ers are showing an increase in depression, contemplating suicide, drug and alcohol abuse according to a new study in the U.S..

“…The increase in despair that occurs across the 30s is generalized to the entire co-hort, regardless of race, ethnicity, education and geography,” explained Lauren Gaydosh, assistant professor of Medicine Health and Society and Public Policy Studies at Vanderbilt University.
